These were the horses we rode. I would refer to them as "El Toro" (Adam's) and "El Diablo" (mine). That's actually the name of Adam's horse, and should have been the name of mine. (Mine was actually named something like swift-legged, but I forgot the exact Spanish.)

Our resort had a night of Mexican dancing. It was actually really, really neat. We had our pictures taken with the dancers beforehand.
